- Capri Smith, Registered Dental Hygienist

ducation: Capri is a recent graduate from the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio, where she graduated with a Bachelors of Science in Dental Hygiene. - Family and Hobbies: Capri is originally from Lake Jackson, Texas. She has one older brother. She has been dating Chad for eight years and is engaged to him. They are planning their wedding for October 2010. A few of her hobbies include photography, water sports, singing, and dancing.
- Why do you like dentistry? “I love meeting new people and getting to know my patients personally. Not only is it my passion to educate people about oral health, but also how oral health affects their overall health.”

- Lisa Foy, Registered Dental Hygienist
- Education: Lisa has been in the dental field for over 26 years where she graduated from the Dental Hygiene program at the University of Texas Health Science Center in 1983.
- Family and Hobbies: When Lisa is not working, she enjoys being with her family. She has three children, David, Charlotte, and Andie. She also loves her “beloved dog” Woody. Some of her hobbies include bicycling and going to the beach.
- Why do you like dentistry? “I enjoy having a job where I can interact with people all day.”
- Kristen Allen, Registered Dental Hygienist
- Education: Kristen obtained her Associates Degree in Applied Science in Dental Hygiene and her Associates Degree in Science in the Liberal Arts at North Dakota State College of Science in Wahpeton, ND. She has been working in dentistry since May 2008.
- Family and Hobbies: Kristen moved here from Bowbells, ND. She has three siblings. Kristen’s pride and joy is her daughter, Alyssa, who is four years old. She loves to shop, watch movies, read, and spend time with her family.
- Why do you like dentistry? “I like being able to help people with their oral health.”
- Mary Montalvo, Lead Registered Dental Assistant
- Education: Mary has been in dentistry for 30+ years. After graduating from high school she started her training in dentistry. She has also received her Orthodontic Certification.
- Family and Hobbies: Mary loves spending time with her family; she also enjoys sewing, cooking, and baking.
- Why do you like dentistry? “It gives me gratification to see the end result and changes that happen with orthodontics, bondings, crowns, and bleaching. I enjoy getting to know the patients and their families.”
- Kendra Davis, Registered Dental Assistant
- Education: Kendra has been in the dental field for over 20 years. She has completed one year of the pre-dental program at the University of New Orleans. Kendra has also completed numerous Continuing Education courses and certifications in dentistry; some of them include Minor Tooth Movement and Orthodontics.
- Family and Hobbies: Kendra is a proud mother of a 22-year-old daughter and a 3-year-old Maltipoo dog. They are both the joy in her life. She enjoys going to dinner, movies, cooking, interior decorating, swimming, and hot sunny days.
- Why do you like dentistry? “There is nothing more rewarding than going home after a hard days work and feeling like you helped someone. For over 20 years I have laid my head on my pillow at night knowing I did something good today. I sleep like a baby because what I do is important and it matters, even to those who don’t know it till they walk through our door.”
- Stacey Terry, Registered Dental Assistant
- Education: Stacey has been in the dental field for over 6 years. She has obtained her Texas RDA certification, LSU at Monroe EDDA certification, ADAA Radiology Certification, American Red Cross – US Army Certification.
- Family and Hobbies: Stacey is married to SFC Jack Terry and they have two children. She loves reading, softball, and a little dabbling in photography when she has some spare time
- Why do you like dentistry? "The opportunity to work in the dental field is a very rewarding experience! The amazing people you have the privilege of meeting and working with allows a lasting relationship for patrons and staff a like! Sharing a smile is what it's all about!!"
- Education: Stacey has been in the dental field for over 6 years. She has obtained her Texas RDA certification, LSU at Monroe EDDA certification, ADAA Radiology Certification, American Red Cross – US Army Certification.
- Patricia Drnek, Registered Dental Assistant
- Education: Patty has been in the dental field for over 14 years. She graduated from high school in Layton, Utah in 1986. She then attended Vernon Jr College in Wichita Falls in 1993. Patty completed her dental assisting school in Colorado Springs, Colorado.
- Family and Hobbies: Patty has been married for 25 years and they have two grown boys. For the last 42 years Patty has been involved with the military, and has had the opportunity to travel to many states. She enjoys swimming aerobics, riding her bike, and interior design/remodeling.
- Why do you like dentistry? "I like working with a team to help patients feel at home while improving their smile."

- Sandra Puchot, Dental Office Receptionist
- Education: Sandra has been in dentistry basically her entire life. Her father is a retired dentist, and she started working for him while she was in high school. After graduating from high school she continued working in the dental field. She has been in dentistry for 30+ years.
- Family and Hobbies: Sandra enjoys dancing with her husband and spending time with her family (which includes her children and grandchildren). Her favorite quote is, “Smile, it’ll make the world brighter.”
- Why do you like dentistry? “It is very rewarding to see lives improved by dental treatment, and to see the options that are made available to patients. In my 30 years, I have seen many advancements and smiling is vital to a person’s well being.”
- Nicole Lannen, Scheduler
- Education: Nicole received her dental assisting certification in California. She has received many continuing education credits over her 19 years in dentistry.
- Family and Hobbies: Nicole has been married for 18 years and has two daughters. She loves spending time with her family, being outdoors, working on the family ranch, and riding horses.
- Why do you like dentistry? "I like making a difference in people's lives with their smiles. A smile is the first thing you see on someone, so it's nice to know you had a part in making them happy, healthy, and proud to smile."
- Education: Nicole received her dental assisting certification in California. She has received many continuing education credits over her 19 years in dentistry.
- Cyndee Castillo, Insurance/Financial Coordinator
- Education: Cyndee is a High School Graduate. She also has continued her education by becoming a Health Insurance Portability Accountability Act (HIPAA) Compliance Officer as well as an Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) Officer. She has been in dentistry for 10+ years.
- Family and Hobbies: Cyndee has been married for 27 years and has two wonderful children. She enjoys spending quality time with her family. One of her favorite things to do is to take spur of the moment drives out in the country and visit local shops, restaurants, and wineries.
- Why do you like dentistry? “I love seeing the end results of a patient’s dental treatment and watching them walk out of the office with the biggest smile. That is the satisfaction of knowing that our dental team has provided the best care for our patients.”
- Allyson Verdejo, Administration Assistant
- Education: Ally is currently attending Brigham Young University, and recently graduated from Judson High School in 2009.
- Family and Hobbies: Ally is the oldest of five kids. Some of her hobbies are singing, reading, swimming, and playing Ultimate Frisbee. She loves learning and playing music.
- Why do you like dentistry? “I have enjoy learning more about dentistry, and it's a good way to help people.”
